Copasu Hotel - Puerto Maldonado

This place was super clean and just right for us when our flight got delayed! We loved chilling in the spacious triple room and enjoyed having a fridge in the lobby for a late-night drink. Just a heads up, the early check-in fees caught us off guard, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

Hot water is only available during specific hours, so plan showers accordingly. Breakfast has regional fruits worth trying!

Enjoyed Puerto Maldonado, the hotel was nice looking happy to stay in before getting lost in the jungle. The rooms of our place were well furnished and brand-new in good condition, everything was modern.

The hot water in the shower took an unusually long time to come on, making mornings a bit inconvenient.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was solid. Even though we had an early meeting, the ladies on super nice team, and we appreciated the fridge in the lobby for drinks 😊

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the spacious room perfect for the family and the AC helping us beat the heat. And a breakfast buffet was a nice treat! Our service dog felt right at home, and it was great being able to explore the hotel grounds comfortably.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a fantastic cafe next door that served delicious freshly made hamburgers, making it easy for us to grab dinner after a day of exploring and enjoy an really good breakfast that set us up for our Amazon tour.

The hotel's air conditioning worked well. The rooms were spacious and clean, which enhanced our family stay. The hot water was only available during limited hours, leading to some inconvenience in the mornings. It was also disappointing that coffee wasn't available for our early meeting time. While the location felt safe and was within a decent walking distance to the city center, the lobby and hallways lacked cooling, made the wait uncomfortable.

The breakfast on the roof deck was excellent and varied. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room had a good bathroom, climate control, flat-screen television, and a dining area. The hotel is situated in a favourable and marvellous location near the centre, the Amazon, and the market.
